DEPOSIT: The booking fee is non-refundable and required at the time of booking, which is 50% of the total cost.
CREATIVE LICENSE: Images are edited & retouched at the discretion of CK.PIXELS photography. Delivered galleries may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed crediable as professional quality and within the Photographer’s artistic standards
MARKETING: Permission is hereby granted to CK.PIXELS to use any images created under this agreement for professional samples, displays, website pages, advertising, social media, contests, and any other purpose.
COOPERATION: The clients and the Photographer consent to cheerful cooperation and communication with each other in order to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. We recommend that the Photographer be provided with someone who knows most of the guests, who will point out key individuals to be photographed. The Photographer may also require assistance in organizing family groups. The Clients also agree to give the Photographer sufficient warning of key events to give the Photographer time to prepare e.g. cutting the cake, speeches etc. Please note that not all guests like having their photo taken. In such cases the Photographer will use his discretion but cannot be held responsible for a lack of photos of these people.
FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER GUESTS: Each one of your guests will have digital cameras and all of them will want to take photographs during important moments. In the spirit of friendly collaberation, the Clients agree to give the Photographers precedence over the guests in order to take the photographs required for the event services described above. We cannot be held liable for a lack of event photos if guests takeing their own photos of the Key moments continually interrupt the Photographer’s work.
METHOD OF DELIVERING PHOTOS:
For wedding day photos: Within 3-5 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after the wedding, I will send you approximately 10 lightly edited highlight photos. Then, within about 4 weeks, you will receive the entire photo collection through my online gallery, consisting of over 1000 images. Editing such a large number of photos requires significant time to ensure that each image is beautiful and evokes emotion throughout the collection. Therefore, I will not send raw files. Once you receive the full gallery, you can select images for retouching. The number of images for retouching depends on the package you have booked and will take approximately 7 days to complete (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
For Mini session photoshoot: You will receive approximately 10 lightly edited highlight photos within 2-3 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after the session. Then, within about 10 days, you will receive the entire photo collection through my online gallery. All photos will be edited, with only blurry and duplicate images removed. Editing such a comprehensive collection takes considerable time to ensure that every image is beautiful and emotive. Therefore, I will not provide raw files. Once you receive the full gallery, you can select images for retouching. The number of images for retouching depends on the package you have booked and will take approximately 5 days to complete (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
